At present, the outbreak of Avian Influenza is increasing in Kerala.
The country has not yet fully recovered from the outbreak of Coronavirus and another disease has wreaked havoc in Kerala. The situation has become such that the Central Health Department has to deploy its team for investigation.

Actually , the outbreak of avian influenza is increasing in Kerala at this time. After which the Union Health Ministry has deployed a high-level team in the state to take stock of the disease.
These are included in the team of the Ministry of Health
The Health Ministry team will investigate the outbreak in detail and submit a report with recommendations. National Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases, New Delhi; National Center for Disease Control, New Delhi; National Institute of Epidemiology, Chennai; and experts from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
Avian influenza outbreak in ducks, campaign to kill 20,000 birds
The team will also assist the state health departments in terms of public health measures, management guidelines and protocols to deal with the increasing cases of avian influenza being reported by the state, the statement said. With the confirmation of an outbreak of avian influenza among ducks in Kerala's Alappuzha district, authorities on Thursday launched a drive to kill over 20,000 birds in Vazhhuthanam ward of Haripad Municipality to contain the spread of the disease. The infection was confirmed in the recent examination of samples at the National Institute of High Security Animal Diseases, Bhopal.
