Easily agreed for polygraph and narco test. In the beginning, Aftab was misleading the Mumbai Police, but as soon as the matter came to Delhi Police, the accused Aftab confessed to all his crimes. In such a situation, the police suspect that this could be a part of his conspiracy.

The narco test of Shraddha murder accused Aftab can be done on December 1. Two dates have been given by the court for the narco test, one is December and the other is December 5. Delhi Police wants to get Aftab's narco test done so that the whole truth can come out. Everything going on in his mind can come in front of the police.

Significantly, Aftab Poonawala (28) is accused of killing his 'live-in partner' Shraddha Walkar and cutting her body into 35 pieces. It is alleged that he kept the body parts in a 300-litre refrigerator at his home in Mehrauli in south Delhi for about three weeks and then dumped them at various places in the city over several nights. The police arrested Poonawalla on 12 November, after which he was sent to police custody for five days. The police custody was extended for five days on 17 November. On 22 November, the court again sent Poonawalla to police custody for four days and then on 26 November sent him to jail for 13 days judicial custody.
