According to reports from the Fatehpur Agricultural Research Centre, the maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded at 37 degrees Celsius, with a minimum of 20.5 degrees Celsius. This marks a slight decrease from Friday's maximum temperature of 38.5 degrees Celsius.

Churu, however, experienced persistent heat with strong sunlight, leading to reduced traffic on the roads. The day temperature dropped by 3 degrees Celsius over the past 24 hours, reaching 35.6 degrees Celsius on Saturday, with a minimum of 22.8 degrees Celsius. This is a notable decrease from Friday's maximum temperature of 38.6 degrees Celsius.

Looking ahead, the weather forecast indicates further changes in the coming days. A western disturbance is expected to affect the region, bringing the possibility of light rain and potential storms. The impact of this disturbance is anticipated to peak on 21st and 22nd April.

The Meteorological Department has issued a forecast for rain accompanied by thunder on 21st April in several districts, including Sikar, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Bikaner, Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, and Nagaur. Additionally, a yellow alert has been issued for the Shekhawati region on 22nd April due to expected rainfall.
