The 17th Vande Bharat train is going to run soon in the country. This semi-high-speed train will run between Howrah to Puri. It will be inaugurated on 15 May. PM Narendra Modi can flag off the Howrah-Puri Vande Bharat Express. At present, official information has not been revealed about where this train will stop, and what will be its timing. This will be the first gift of the Vande Bharat train for Odisha, while the second for Bengal. In the past, the test of Vande Bharat Express was also done. Then this train stopped for two minutes each at Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Keonjhar Road, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, and Khurda.
This 17th Vande Bharat Express running between Howrah and Puri will cover a distance of 520 kilometers in 6 hours. The trial run of the Vande Bharat train took place on 28 and 30 April. At that time this train started from Howrah station in Bengal at 6.10 am and reached Puri within 6 hours.
The country's 17th Vande Bharat train (Howrah to Puri) will run on the tracks at a speed of 130 kilometers per hour. According to media reports, this train will leave from Howrah for Puri at 6.10 am. It will reach Kharagpur at 7.38 am, Bhadrak at 9.45 am, Jajpur Kendujhar Road at 10.25 am, Cuttack at 11.00 am, Bhubaneswar at 11.25 am, Khurda Road at 11.45 am and reach Puri at 12.35 am. After this, this train will leave for Howrah from Puri at 1.50 am and reach at 8.30 am.
Last month, PM Modi flagged off Kerala's first Vande Bharat train from Thiruvananthapuram railway station. This train starts from Kasaragod and reaches Thiruvananthapuram in 7 hours and 50 minutes. The train stops at Kollam, Kottayam, Thrissur, Shoranur, Kozhikode, and Kannur and ends at Kasaragod.
