Former White House Press Secretary warns that Donald Trump is experiencing mental decline
Former White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham calls for congressional intervention as Donald Trump is apparently experiencing mental decline
Stephanie Grisham, who served as White House Press Secretary during Donald Trump's first term as president, warns that the nation's leader is experiencing mental decline, which she considers risky if action is not taken soon.
After listening to a press conference where the 79-year-old Republican referred to the achievements of his first 12 months in office and the challenges ahead, the woman who has supported him since 2015, when she joined his campaign team as a press aide, took to Twitter to request congressional intervention to find a replacement, claiming he has begun to decline mentally. "This press conference is strange even for him. It's the usual rambling, off-topic stories, half-truths, lies, things like 'I've fixed everything, no one has ever seen anything like it'… but it's unpleasant and gives the impression that he is… declining mentally. Congress, please wake up! #TheEmperorHasNoClothes," she wrote. Although Stephanie Grisham not only turned her back on the New York magnate during the presidential campaign, but also, he allied himself with the Democrats, encouraging citizens to vote for Kamala Harris. His comments echo those of some politicians, such as Yassamin Ansari, representative from Arizona, who are even demanding the invocation of the 25th Amendment to try to remove him from office. "The President of the United States suffers from a serious mental illness and is putting our lives at risk. The 25th Amendment exists for a reason: we must invoke it immediately," he stated on the X platform. The proposal was supported by his fellow party member, Sydney Kamlager-Dove, representative from California, and also by Ed Markey, senator from Massachusetts. "Donald Trump is unfit to lead and is clearly out of control. Invoke the 25th Amendment."Congresswoman
