Raman is already second in the primary voting for mayor of Los Angeles

Councilwoman Nithya Raman overtook reality television star Spencer Pratt for second place in the primary, a race that will determine the candidate who will face Karen Bass in the November general election for mayor of Los Angeles.
After Spencer Pratt presented an advantage over Raman after the first results of the primary were announced, on the night of Tuesday, June 2, the councilwoman began to close the distance with the victim of the Palisades fire.
According to the most recent vote count from the Los Angeles Electoral Registry, as of Sunday night, Raman is now in second place, with 21.1%, while Pratt has dropped to third place, with 26.7% of the votes counted.
