There was a deadly attack on Imran Khan during the Azadi March
It is known that during the Hakiki Azadi March in Punjab's Wazirabad district on Thursday, the container of 70-year-old Khan was attacked by two gunmen. He was shot in the right leg in the shootout. One also died in the attack.
Imran Khan made serious allegations against the current government of Pakistan
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party chief Imran Khan has alleged that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Home Minister Rana Sanaullah and Major General Faisal Naseer conspired to assassinate him and they are similar to the 2011 assassination of former Punjab governor Salman Taseer. Two people arrested in Imran Khan attack case
Two people have been arrested in connection with the deadly attack on Imran Khan. Two suspects, Waqas and Sajid Butt, had sold the pistol and cartridges to prime suspect Naveed Bashir for Rs 20,000, an official said. Waqas and Sajid were arrested by the police on Friday.
