Trump says the text of the agreement with Iran “is not final” and there may be “more bombs”
The US president insisted on denying that this document includes an investment fund of $300,000 million to rebuild Iran
US President Donald Trump warned Iran on Wednesday that the text of the agreement reached with Iran to end the war "is not final" and that if Tehran "does not behave", they will again "drop bombs right in the middle of their heads."
"The text (of the agreement) is not final. It is a memorandum of understanding. And if I don't like it, we will drop bombs again right in the middle of their heads. If I don't like it, if they don't behave, we will bomb again, okay? Because they haven't behaved for 47 years," Trump said at the beginning of a meeting with the Egyptian president, Abdel Fattah al Sisi.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the G7 summit in the French town of Évian, which began on Monday and closes this Wednesday, and in the same week that Washington and Tehran plan to sign said memorandum in Switzerland on Friday.
“No one knows what it contains, but it is very strong, and most people seem to be happy,” added the Republican leader.
Trump insisted on denying that said document includes a $300 billion investment fund for the reconstruction of Iran, as has been leaked in the press: "We are not going to invest. It is a false story," he added.
The current tenant of the White House considered that no one like him has been as "tough" with Iran: "This should have been done by Clinton and by Barack Hussein Obama. It should have been done by Biden, by Bush. It could have been done by many people. This has been happening for 47 years," he criticized in reference to his predecessors in office. EFE
