Despite selection in government job, selected ANM is wandering for appointment letter, delay is troubling
The stay imposed by the single bench on the appointments of more than 7000 women health workers was vacated.
UPSSSC ANM Recruitment: The Subordinate Selection Services Commission of Uttar Pradesh had conducted the examination for the recruitment of women health workers in May last year. On August 6, the commission also released the final result. In the midst of these recruitments, the matter also reached the court, but the Lucknow bench of the High Court, giving relief to the state government, abolished the ban imposed by a single bench on the appointments of more than 7000 women health workers. Even after the ban was lifted, they have not been given appointment letters by the government. All the selected women have once again written a letter to the state government and the chief minister, demanding that they be given appointment letters.
Demand to give appointment letter to the candidates from CM
Priyanka Srivastava, selected in ANM, tagged Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Twitter and demanded to give appointment letters to all the selected candidates. Roopa, who got selected in ANM, says that she used to work in a private company before getting the job. When he got selected in it, he left that job too. Due to non-receipt of appointment letter from the government, his family is living in very difficult circumstances. She says that the sooner she gets the appointment letter, the sooner she will start providing her services.
Are circling Lucknow for appointment letter
Sarvesh Rai, who has been traveling several times from Azamgarh to Lucknow for his wife's appointment letter, says that he has once again apprised Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of his problems and demanded an appointment letter. He says that he also has two small children in his family. Constantly his wife was making rounds of government officials and employees to get appointment letter in Lucknow. But till now he has not got the appointment. Exhausted, sister-in-law is roaming around Lucknow to help her wife. He says that he was informed by the department that the date for giving appointment letters has not yet been declared. That's why the appointment letter is not being given.
old job lost in new job
Similarly, Alok of Pratapgarh is also going around Allahabad, Pratapgarh, Lucknow with his wife. Alok says that his wife used to work in a private company earlier. His wife left the job as soon as she was chained in ANM. He says that there used to be some income from the private job, but the old job has also gone and the appointment letter for the new job has not been received yet. In the application given to the Chief Minister, Alok has demanded to give appointment letters to the candidates selected in this examination organized by the Subordinate Services Selection Commission. He says that it is also included in the Chief Minister's 100-day action plan.
CM Yogi will distribute appointment letters within two months
On the other hand, according to the information received from the government, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will distribute appointment letters to the selected candidates in different departments of the state within the next two months. Regarding this, on behalf of the Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra, instructions have been given to speed up the police verification and medical process of the selected candidates in different selection commission and recruitment board examinations. In the recently held meeting, it was decided that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will distribute appointment letters in January, February and March under Mission Rojgar at the state level.
