“As a result of intelligence work and the exchange of information with the FBI, elements of the SSPC and the FGR carried out a coordinated deployment in Pachuca, Hidalgo, where Alejandro 'N' was arrested. According to US authorities, Rosales Castillo is accused of the murder of 23-year-old Sandy Ly Le, which occurred in 2016 in Charlotte, North Carolina. FBI Director Kash Patel reported that the victim was a former coworker and former romantic partner of the accused. According to police reports cited by The Charlotte Observer, the young woman's vehicle was located on August 15, 2016, at a bus station in Phoenix, Arizona, and two days later her body was found in a wooded area of ??Cabarrus County, North Carolina, with a gunshot wound to the head. Patel highlighted that with this arrest, five fugitives from the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list have been captured since the beginning of 2025, and acknowledged the work of international partners, including the Government of Mexico,the State Department, the US Secret Service, and local law enforcement agencies.
