Just a few weeks after postponing the rest of her tour for medical reasons, the singer Alejandra Guzman reappeared before the media and gave a update on her health, revealing that she has been diagnosed with a chronic illness.
In a brief meeting with the cameras of the program 'Venga la Alegra', the interpreter of "Yo te espera" granted her first statements regarding the condition that led her to undergo an emergency surgical procedure.
When questioned about her current health, the famous indicated that she is: "Well, very well, recovering. They removed my cenobial fluid and many other things," she expressed before boarding her vehicle.
Likewise, Alejandra Guzman revealed that she has been diagnosed with a chronic illness that will make her change her habits: "I have high blood pressure," added the artist who was captured wearing a face mask and a splint on her arm, before leaving the place.
This confession comes just a few days after her sister, Sylvia Pasquel, spoke out about the situation 'La Guzmán' is going through. In her story, the actress explained that the singer-songwriter was affected again by the polymers that were injected into her during a cosmetic procedure performed in 2009.
“She has had an issue with polymers for many years. So, when they are encapsulated, they have to operate on her and they have to remove a piece (…) Unfortunately… It is something that she is going to have to continue dealing with, unfortunately,” she detailed to the program 'Hoy'.
It was at the end of last July when Alejandra Guzman announced that she would be postponing the rest of her tour for new dates, starting in 2026. To do so, she posted a heartfelt message on social media that set off alarm bells among her followers.
“Due to medical recommendations and to prioritize my "Health, I have had to reschedule the concerts scheduled for 2025 to 2026, due to a surgical intervention that I underwent after the Monterrey show," he said at the time, from her Instagram account.
