“We have been working on the attack plan for my melasma for weeks,” she confessed. The 35-year-old explained that although sun spots don't completely disappear, they can be kept under control with consistency and proper treatment.

In addition to talking about her skin, Michelle took the opportunity to share another medical procedure she's undergoing to relieve a shoulder contracture.
