Raul de Molina reveals the diet he follows after removing fat from his belly
The Cuban presenter was honest about the care he is following after the operation he underwent
The Cuban presenter Raul de Molina, 66, was honest with his colleagues from 'El Gordo y La Flaca' Flaca™ about the care she's taking to stay in shape after the surgery she underwent, which consisted of removing 15 pounds of fat from her belly.
In a conversation he had with Carlitos, the Producer, Rauli, as he is also known, assured that the doctors in charge of his care gave him good news about the wound he has and that it has forced him to carry it like a kind of bag.
The truth is that I'm doing great. I have an open wound, today I went back to the doctor. The doctor was impressed, I have 60 or 70% of the wound closed. They are going to remove the machine that drains the fluid from the wound at the end of the week and he believes that by the end, mid-August, the wound will close. "Thank God he gave me good news," said the excited presenter.
In addition to talking about his injury, Raúl de Molina also gave details of the dietary precautions he is following, ensuring that he is not subjected to a strict diet, but is simply watching what he eats.
"I'm not on a diet, to be honest, but I'm eating well. I eat salmon twice a week, vegetables without salt. On Saturday, which was the only day I went out to eat, I ate a chicken sandwich. In the morning I eat yogurt with blueberries and pineapple chunks, which help reduce inflammation, and almonds, which lower your blood pressure," the presenter continued. At the end of his speech, he explained that he is happy with his surgery and with everything he has achieved in general terms. "I am really happy that things are going well for me, I am doing what the doctor told me," I concluded.
