Juan Soler reveals how he is after leaving 'Top Chef VIP 4' due to health problems
Juan Soler opened up about the serious health scare he had on 'Top Chef VIP 4' that led him to leave the reality show
Argentine actor Juan Soler, who was forced to leave 'Top Chef VIP 4' due to health problems, reappeared on 'La Mesa Caliente' where he spoke about the complications he went through that led to his departure from the Telemundo reality show show.
The The heartthrob, who was said to have suffered a pre-heart attack, opened up on the show about his health, assuring that he is now feeling better.
During his appearance, Juan Soler made it clear that his withdrawal had nothing to do with the fall he suffered a few days prior, but rather something much more serious that he neglected.
“His renal system was damaged, his kidney was severely compromised, and his hepatic system was also affected, precisely because of all the thickening of the blood due to the lack of fluid. It was a whole series of consequences,” explained Paulina Mercado's partner.
In the same interview, he stated that he focused so much on shining on the program hosted by Carmen Villalobos that he neglected himself, to the point that he stopped listening to his body.
“This type of work is very demanding, and I didn't stay hydrated, I didn't take care of myself, I didn't sleep enough. From Monday to Friday, we recorded every day, Saturdays and Sundays,” explained Juan Soler. We took classes, so it was really hard. I neglected my body and it wasn't good," concluded Juan Soler.
Although his departure was announced only a few days ago, the soap opera actor made it clear that the health episode occurred more than a month ago, so now he feels much better, so much so that he has even traveled abroad.
