Costa Rican actress Maribel Guardia decided to close cycles in 2025 and there she goes step by step. At first, she announced that she already has the place where she will move her son's ashes and now she shared her decision to part with her house, which was the site where Julian Figueroa lost his life on April 9, 2023.

The property, which is located in the Pedregal area of ??Mexico City, has been the home of the presenter for more than two decades, however, she considers that it is time to say goodbye to it.

Maribel spoke about this issue in an interview and a tour that she gave to the cameras of the program 'Venga la Alegria', where she detailed that now the property is too big for her and Marco Chacon, her husband.

"The house is already too big for me, for my husband and for me, I think I'm going to have to go to a smaller place. I'm going to move house," said Maribel.

The interview took place in her still home, where he gave a tour of one of his most special places, like the tree where his son used to sit and play the guitar.

“I love this tree. My son Julian had a hammock here. He would sit and lie down to play the guitar, to look at this wonderful view,” he said while giving a brief tour of his property.

During his tour, he also showed off the place where he had a stable, as well as a room where he has a photo of himself and Julian at the Basilica of Guadalupe.
