Sean “Diddy” Combs faces new sexual abuse accusation from former child actor
An anonymous plaintiff sued the rapper for an assault that occurred during an alleged work meeting in the Hollywood Hills in 2007.
Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs adds a new accusation. This Tuesday, a civil lawsuit against him filed by a former child actor was announced, who claims to have been a victim of sexual abuse when he was a minor in 2007.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the complainant (identified under the pseudonym John Doe) reported that he was invited to a party in the Hollywood Hills promoted as a professional networking event.
At that meeting, Combs allegedly summoned him to a private room to discuss his acting future and job opportunities. The legal document details that, once alone, the rapper sexually assaulted him by performing oral sex against his will, despite the fact that the minor expressly expressed his discomfort before the act was consummated.
The civil action does not specify the economic amount claimed and also points to certain artistic representatives for not protecting the minor.
For his part, Juda Engelmayer, the musician's spokesperson, categorically rejected the charges, calling them “false and ridiculous.” Engelmayer assured that this was another attempt to obtain money and emphasized that Combs “has never sexually assaulted anyone.”
This accusation emerges in a complex panorama for the artist, who is being held serving a 50-month prison sentence after being found guilty in October 2025 of two counts of transportation for purposes of prostitution under the Mann Act.
Although his defense seeks to appeal the criminal ruling, Diddy continues to accumulate dozens of civil lawsuits from alleged victims that further weaken his legal outlook.
