In recent hours, new details about the last moments of the iconic actress Diane Keaton have been revealed, this after the 911 emergency call was leaked.

According to an audio obtained by TMZ, emergency services were called to the Annie Hall and Godfather star's residence shortly after 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning, responding to a report of an “unconscious person.”

In the call, firefighters can be heard requesting an ambulance to attend to what they described as a “person down,” who was later identified as Keaton.

The actress was immediately transported to a hospital, where, sadly, her death was confirmed. Her family issued a statement saying Keaton was surrounded by loved ones in her final moments and asking for privacy to grieve.
