Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker reveal they suffered a miscarriage
In the documentary: “Travis Baker: Love Is Louder Than Fear”, the couple reveals more details of the incident that marked their relationship
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker shared for the first time one of the most painful moments of their relationship: a miscarriage they suffered six months after starting their courtship in 2021.
The couple made a rare joint red carpet appearance on Saturday, June 13, during the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival in New York, where they attended the premiere of the documentary “Travis Barker: Love Is Louder Than Fear,” which explores the life of the blink-182 drummer.
It was within this documentary project where both decided to open up honestly about the pregnancy loss that marked their love story. As they revealed, Kourtney, 47, suffered a miscarriage that left them “destroyed.”
The couple, who married in 2022, learned at the time that they were expecting a girl, whom they planned to name Tulip. However, during a doctor's appointment when the pregnancy was three months old, they received the devastating news that the baby no longer had a heartbeat.
“When we lost the baby, we were devastated,” Kourtney confessed in the documentary, according to Us Weekly. “We cried for days,” he added.
Attempts for a new pregnancy
The Poosh founder also detailed her difficult attempts to get pregnant again, which included five in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles in just eight months. Finally, the couple decided to pause the process before naturally conceiving their son Rocky, who was born in November 2023.
Shortly after Rocky's birth, Travis had a design tattooed in honor of the baby, as a symbolic gesture of his love and overcoming adversity.
“Travis Barker: Love Is Louder Than Fear” will be available to stream on Hulu starting August 13, 2026.
