The first release of “Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift” has begun as preparations continue for its highly anticipated 2026 opening.

This new attraction will feature a 360-degree rotation of individual vehicles as visitors travel along 4,100 feet of elaborate track, the equivalent of almost 12 football fields, built with sound reduction technology, all with the goal of not disturbing other visitors in the rest of the activities inside the park.
As confirmed by Universal through a press release, the roller coaster, conceived to immerse visitors in the exciting universe of "Fast and Furious" and the Universal Pictures films, "has revolutionary technology designed to create a perfect sensation of skidding cars while visitors spin in motion at high speed while traveling through an aerial track that winds through sections of the theme park, including the multi-level escalator that connects the upper and lower lots."
