The Bombay High Court has quashed a sexual harassment case against a juvenile. The High Court gave this order after the consent of the mother of the victim minor girl. The division bench of Justice Nitin Sambre and Justice SG Dige gave this order. The court accepted that the 19-year-old accused, Kishore, and the victim were friends and were living together without informing the victim's parents. 

FIR was lodged against. On this, the accused Kishore approached the High Court and sought quashing of the complaint filed against him. The victim's mother had also given her consent to quash the case registered against the accused juvenile. Taking notice of this, the court also dismissed the case registered against the accused. 

He came to know that his daughter was living with Kishore for a short period of time without informing him. The accused said in his petition that the blunder happened due to lack of communication. The accused also told that he had no intention to kidnap the victim. Explain that in November 2021, a case was registered against the accused under sections eight and 12 of the IPC and the POCSO Act.
