A one-day session of the Delhi Assembly has been called after the Delhi Services Bill was approved. Information has been issued by the Vidhansabha regarding this. In which the assembly session has been called on 16 August.

A notification has been issued by the Secretary of the Delhi Legislative Assembly regarding the convening of the session. The third part of the fourth session of the Legislative Assembly will start on Wednesday i.e. 16 August 2023 at 11:00 am. It is believed that after the approval of the bill, the politics of Delhi can heat up again. Because the Delhi National Capital Territory Administration (Amendment) Bill-2023 i.e. Delhi Service Bill is passed from the House, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi will once again be in the role of super boss.

Of course, the National Capital Civil Services Authority (NCCSA) is being formed for the appointment and transfer of bureaucrats and its chairman will be the chief minister, but in the three-member authority, the bureaucrats will have a strong side. At the same time, the opinion of the Lieutenant Governor will be final on the decisions of the Authority. Due to this, there may again be a tussle between the Delhi government and the LG.
