In the Deoria murder case, Allahabad High Court has currently banned running of bulldozer on Prem Yadav's house. While hearing the petition filed in this regard, the court has currently put a stay on the action. The court has also reprimanded the UP government. Justice Chandrakesh Rai's court gave this decision on Monday. The court said that Prem Yadav's family will appeal against the demolition action in the court of District Magistrate Deoria within two weeks. It has been ordered to be disposed of within three months.
After the murder of six people in Deoria, there has been political turmoil in the entire state. One person from one side and five from the other side have been murdered. Preparations were being made by the district administration to run a bulldozer on Prem Yadav's house. For this, a notice was also pasted on the house and the Revenue Department team had completed the measurement work.
Prem Yadav's lawyer Arun Yadav had filed a petition in Allahabad High Court against the demolition order of Rudrapur Tehsildar. Hearing this, the court reprimanded the state government. The court has given two weeks' time to Premchandra's family to file an appeal in the District Magistrate's court against the eviction order. The District Magistrate was ordered to dispose of the appeal within three months. There will be no demolition work during this period.
