At the same time, the Kashmir Police has arrested a terrorist by siege.

Kashmir Zone Police said in a tweet on Tuesday that, 'Terrorists threw a grenade at Harman, in which two laborers from Uttar Pradesh, Manish Kumar and Ram Sagar were injured. He was taken to the hospital where he died. Both were residents of Kannauj. At present, the army has cordoned off the area to nab the terrorists.

Director General (ADGP), Kashmir, Vijay Kumar said in a tweet, "Shopian Police has arrested one terrorist involved in the attack. This terrorist is a hybrid terrorist of banned terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba Imran Bashir Ghani. After interrogating this, preparations are being made to arrest other terrorists. Police said that further investigation and raids are going on.

Police further said that after the attack, a cordon and search operation was launched in the area. During this, a local 'hybrid' terrorist of the banned organization Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) has been arrested. In fact, "hybrid" terrorists are people who often return to normal life after committing such suicide attacks.

Actually, this is not the first case of terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir. Earlier on October 15, a Kashmiri Pandit Puran Krishna Bhat was shot dead near his house in Chaudhary Gund in South Kashmir district. After this incident, Kashmiri Pandit Sangharsh Samiti (KPSS), an organization representing Kashmiri Pandits, said, 'Another Kashmiri non-migrant died in Chaudhary Gund in Shopian. The committee said that nothing has changed at ground zero.
