Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has made a big allegation on the central government regarding the ordinance of the Center to form the National Capital Civil Services Authority in Delhi. Kejriwal said that he is now challenging the Supreme Court itself. The Delhi CM said that the ordinance was brought after the courts were closed. The order of the court was overturned by bringing an ordinance. This ordinance is a violation of the Supreme Court. This ordinance of the Center is illegal.

CM Kejriwal said that the central government should bring an ordinance before the court holidays. The Center brought in an ordinance to overturn the Supreme Court's decision on service matters, hours after the Supreme Court closed for a holiday. Kejriwal said that he was waiting for the Supreme Court to close for summer vacations. They waited because they know this ordinance is illegal. They know that this 5 minutes will not last in the court. When the SC opens on July 1, we will challenge it.

The Delhi CM said that as soon as the Supreme Court closed for holidays, the Central Government overturned the decision of the Supreme Court by bringing an ordinance. They had already made preparations to overturn the order of the court.
