Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot released the Rajasthan Vision 2030 document on Thursday. He said that this document will prove to be an important document that will give a new direction to the development of the state in the times to come. More suggestions will be added in future. He said that for the vision document, more than three crore suggestions related to the social, economic, industrial progress of the state including education, health etc. were received from the people.
During this period, CM Gehlot also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various development works worth about Rs 12 thousand 700 crore of the Medical Education Department, Public Works Department, Public Health Engineering Department and Water Resources Department. These included 11 works of Medical Education Department worth Rs 1155.70 crore, 149 works of Public Health Engineering Department worth Rs 4884 crore, 27 works of Public Works Department worth Rs 1328.80 crore and 81 works of Water Resources Department worth Rs 5388 crore. He said that our focus is more on work than marketing. It is a matter of joy that he initiated the vision document in his address on 15th August this year. In such a short time, people on a large scale joined this campaign and conveyed their thoughts to the government. Dr. Kalam had said that dream big, we saw it and it came true with the participation of the people of the state.

Chief Minister Gehlot said that Rajasthan is moving forward today, leaving behind its image of poverty. Now students do not have to go out for quality education. English medium schools have been opened in rural areas only. Initiatives like OPS are discussed in the entire country. He said that by forming the commission, a provision has been made not to confiscate the land of farmers. For the first time in the country, the Gig Workers Act was introduced, which provided protection to lakhs of gig workers from exploitation. The implementation of this type of law across the world is being recommended in the world's prestigious newspapers.
He said that the public welfare schemes of the state brought to provide relief from inflation are being appreciated and followed throughout the country. Rajasthan is the first state in the country to provide gas cylinder for Rs 500. The central government should implement this scheme in the entire country. Due to the provision of 100 and 2000 units of free electricity to domestic and agricultural consumers, the bills of one crore domestic consumers and 14 lakh farmers have become zero. More than one crore people are being given a minimum social security pension of Rs 1000. The Chief Minister said that Right to Health was brought in the state on the lines of four revolutionary laws brought by the previous central government. The Central Government should also implement Right to Social Security in this sequence.
Rajasthan is progressing in every field
Gehlot said that Rajasthan has progressed in every field in the last five years. Gehlot said that under the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme, free health insurance up to Rs 25 lakh is being given in the state. Rajiv Gandhi is sending 500 children abroad under the Scholarship for Academic Excellence scheme, just as the Maharaja of Baroda sent Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar abroad and he returned as the architect of the Constitution, similarly these children will also return as experts in various fields. Free coaching is being given to 30 thousand students in the state.
He said that due to the reforms brought in the field of education, the students here are performing well in all competitive examinations. For the first time, a separate budget was presented in the state for farmers. Work is being done to strengthen the farmers politically and economically through 12 missions. It is the result of the encouragement given to cattle rearers by the policies of the state government that today Rajasthan ranks first in milk production. New districts were created in the state, this has reduced the distance from the headquarters and has paved the way for rapid development by small administrative units. More new districts will be formed in the state on the recommendation by the Ramlubhaya Committee.
Excellent financial management, promises fulfilled
Chief Minister Gehlot said that excellent management was done in the state during the Corona epidemic. The name of Rajasthan became famous in the country and the world. During this period, 35 lakh people of the state were given financial assistance through DBT. Today Rajasthan ranks first in economic growth rate in North India. He said that GDP has increased by Rs 6 lakh crore in four years and a target has been set to take it to Rs 30 lakh crore by 2030. Along with the operation of public welfare schemes, high economic growth rate has been possible only through excellent financial management. He said that excellent decisions have been taken by the state government in public interest. More than 90 percent of the promises made to the public have been fulfilled so far. He said that a law has been made to stop paper leaks and strict provisions like life imprisonment have been made. About 200 people have been sent to jail in these cases.
Progress only through peace and brotherhood
Gehlot said that the Department of Peace and Non-Violence was established to propagate Gandhian ideas and increase social harmony in the state. The state government is preparing 20 thousand youth to strengthen the social fabric and promote non-violent thinking. He said that the violence that has been going on in Manipur for a long time is worrying. The path to progress is paved only with peace and brotherhood. He said that to encourage ideological and cultural exchange in the state, Rajasthan International Center on the lines of India Habitat Centre, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Social Sciences on the lines of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Constitution Club on the lines of Constitution Club of India would be set up. of Rajasthan was established.

He said that by weakening democratic institutions the importance of elections is lost and democratic values are hurt. He said that the grants received by the state from the Center have been cut. We have moved forward facing all kinds of obstacles. Linking of 53 dams has been announced under the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP). The Central Government should give the status of national project to ERCP as soon as possible. Stopping public welfare schemes causes harm to the public. The unexpected increase in expenses due to the stoppage of the refinery is an example of this.

Gig workers like delivery boys, cab drivers etc. working in internet based companies including Ola, Uber, Swiggy, Zomato were given one time assistance of Rs 5,000 for purchasing everyday items like helmet, dress, shoes etc. after registering with the Rajasthan Government. Will go.
A Directorate of Ministerial Employees will be created to conduct various tasks including promotion, posting, transfer of ministerial employees in different departments from one place.
During the program, the Chief Minister released a compilation book of award-winning essays from across the state. A short film based on Mission 2030 was screened in the programme.
The Chief Minister flagged off 200 ambulances for different areas of the state under the Chiranjeevi Ambulance Project. This includes 100 emergency ambulances-108 and 100 Janani Suraksha ambulances-104.
During this period, Gehlot provided appointment letters to 15 thousand third grade teachers and lecturers. Besides this, he also gave laptop air prizes of Rs 1 lakh each to the winning students at the college level in the essay and speech competitions related to the vision document. During this, Rajasthan Compassionate Appointment Management System and Business to Government Portal were launched.
Minister Mamta Bhupesh said that this document has been prepared to ensure progress of the state in every section and every sector by 2030. All the more than three crore people who gave suggestions in this deserve congratulations.
He said that a document for the bright future of Rajasthan has been created by selecting the best suggestions from these. Education Minister BD Kalla said that nine lakh students participated in the essay competition. Of these, four were winners. On the request of a winning student whose school did not have Geography as a subject, the Chief Minister has given permission to open Geography Faculty there.
Chief Secretary Usha Sharma said that 3.33 crore suggestions were compiled for the Vision Document 2030. This document has been prepared incorporating the dreams, aspirations and expectations of the entire state. He said that for this a website was launched to collect suggestions and coordination was done by various departments.
Public participation was ensured on a wide scale through various programmes. The Chief Secretary said that the action plan for progress in every class and every area has been included in it. Today in this program we should take a pledge to completely develop Rajasthan and bring it to the first position in every field.
