After this collision, the front part of the train was slightly damaged. This is the second incident within the last two days when an animal has collided with the Vande Bharat train.
No damage to the train: A railway official said that there was no significant damage to the train in Friday's accident. The front part of the train is slightly damaged. This incident happened on Friday around 4 pm. At the same time, regarding the incident, Sumit Thakur, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway has said that the front part of the train has suffered minor damage in the accident.
Vande Bharat Express collided with buffaloes: It is worth mentioning that earlier on Thursday, some buffaloes collided with this semi-high speed train of the country. The front part of the train was broken after hitting four buffaloes. After which a part of it had to be replaced. Railways will run more than 400 Vande Bharat trains: According to media reports, preparations are being made by Indian Railways to run more than 400 semi-high speed Vande Bharat Express trains in the country. This high speed train is equipped with many more facilities including GPS based information system, CCTV cameras, vacuum based bio toilet, automatic sliding doors and four emergency push buttons in each coach.
