Apart from this, there was a lot of ruckus in Howrah, West Bengal. After Friday prayers, a large number of Namazis blocked National Highway 116 in Howrah and set fire to it. During this, vehicles, ambulances, police vehicles, fire tenders and trucks etc. remained stuck in the traffic. CM Mamta Banerjee appealed to the protesters to clear the way. Around 10 miscreants were arrested.
