Influencer Trisha Paytas considers running for Congress
YouTuber, actress, and businesswoman Trisha Paytas considers running for a seat in the House of Representatives
Trisha Kay Paytas, a prominent YouTuber, actress, and businesswoman, is considering running for a seat in the House of Representatives.
In a video titled “2026 MANIFESTATIONS,” the 37-year-old Californian acknowledged that, although it may seem crazy, she intends to represent the members of her community before Congress.
“I know, it seems crazy to me too. The idea of ??being a representative for the state of California came to me in a dream, a vision, so to speak. "I never considered myself a political person until I started having kids and realized that the world could be truly disastrous and dystopian by the time they reached adulthood. I thought, 'Okay, Trish, enough of ignoring it and being ignorant.'
I'm Googling how to run for Congress in California,” she said.
If she enters the campaign, one of the YouTuber's goals will be to focus on adult work.
“First things first, starting in California. My main goal is to make adult labor illegal until age 25. That's one, but I have many other agendas. Now that I'm researching it, I think it might be possible.
I think my slogan will simply be: 'California could be good.' However, I have to hurry, because March 6th is the deadline to gather the necessary signatures,” she emphasized.
Trisha Paytas believes she has the necessary financial resources to realize her dream without depending on contributions, as is often the case with other candidates.
“I need to start campaigning. I think I can do it, because I can finance it myself. It just takes a small campaign. I'll get to work,” she assured.
