Inter Miami started winning the game before the 10-minute mark thanks to an own goal that gave them an advantage coming out of the locker room and more confidence.

Vancouver poured forward in attack, while Miami cleverly countered, which led to their third goal. Jordi Alba sent a pass to Messi, who then again provided an assist for Tadeo Allende to seal the 3-1 victory.
