The legal panorama for Omar Chávez has experienced a significant change after just over 24 hours of his arrest in the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa. The son of the legendary boxer Julio César Chávez regained his freedom after the judicial authorities determined the conditions for him to continue his process outside the penitentiary center.
The arrest of Omar Chávez occurred last Wednesday morning, an event that generated various reactions in public opinion.

According to the official report issued by the Attorney General's Office of the State of Sinaloa, the arrest of the individual was based on his alleged responsibility for the crimes of family violence and injuries.
The legal process and judicial resolution
After the initial hearing held this Thursday before a Control Judge, the ministerial unit reported on the status of the accused. “The Attorney General's Office of the State of Sinaloa informs that, following a request presented by the defense, this day a hearing was held against Omar Chávez, who is considered likely responsible for the crimes of family violence and injuries,” the institution communicated through an official information report.
During said procedure, the parties involved agreed on an alternative path, managing to obtain a conditional suspension of the process for the accused. Thanks to this legal agreement, Omar Chávez was able to leave the facilities of the Aguaruto Penitentiary Center, although under the commitment to comply with a series of conditions imposed by the authority to maintain his conditional freedom.
Return to daily activities
The National Detention Registry confirmed that Omar Chávez was initially taken into custody at 8:53 a.m. on Wednesday, remaining confined until his legal situation allowed his release.
Once outside the prison, the person involved immediately resumed his usual routine.
Through his social networks, the athlete shared audiovisual content where he is seen practicing different disciplines.
In the publications, Omar Chávez can be seen participating in a basketball game with his family, in addition to practicing racquetball, demonstrating that he has returned to carrying out his physical and daily activities after the legal incident that kept him under the supervision of the Sinaloan authorities.
