"Everything was perfect in the last check-up, but when they return on the 25th, we'll weigh them again. I want to see how they are after three days," said Guardiola. The Spanish manager doesn't want to give away any advantages in the Premier League. Pep Guardiola expects discipline from his players. Any player who doesn't arrive in good condition will not be included in the squad for the club's next match. "If a player returns three kilos overweight, he will stay in Manchester. He will not travel to Nottingham Forest," he stated. Manchester City's next match will be a challenging visit to Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
