The city of Los Angeles had a day of celebration and its streets were dressed in blue and white to cheer on the champion Dodgers, who defeated the Toronto Blue Jays in the seventh and decisive game to be crowned World Series champions for the second year in a row.
Although the parade started at 11:00 am, from the early hours of this Monday, fans took over the streets of downtown Los Angeles to catch a glimpse of their idols, led by Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto, the World Series MVP.
