Palisades arson suspect would face 45 years in prison
A federal grand jury indicted Jonathan Rinderknecht on two additional felonies as a suspect in starting the blaze that started the Palisades Fire.
The man accused of starting the blaze that later started the Palisades Fire in Los Angeles faces three additional charges, including two felonies, and if convicted could face a sentence of up to 45 years in prison.
The Department The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced Wednesday that a federal grand jury indicted Jonathan Rinderknecht, 29, on two additional felony charges in his case.
Rinderknecht was charged with three counts: one count of destruction of property by fire, one count of arson involving property used in interstate commerce, and one count of burning timber, the DOJ said in a news release.
