Lamborghini reveals the Fenomeno, a luxury of only 29 units
Lamborghini presented its new hybrid supercar, the Fenomeno, in Monterey, a radical model that combines a naturally aspirated V12 engine with three electric engines.
The world of luxury cars has witnessed a new milestone: Lamborghini revealed the Fenomeno, its most recent hybrid supercar and perhaps one of the most radical in its history.

The presentation took place at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, during Monterey Car Week, a setting where the Italian brand usually shows unique collector's items.

This vehicle not only arrives as a technical experiment, but as a statement of intent: to manufacture an ultra-limited model, with just 29 units, that combines the tradition of V12 engines with the firm's most advanced electrification.
A naturally aspirated V12 that defies history
At the heart of the Phenomenon is a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine, already considered the most powerful naturally aspirated block in the history of Lamborghini.
Its performance is impressive: it delivers around 835 horsepower at 9,250 rpm and can spin up to 9,500 rpm, something reserved for racing machines.
This engine features a completely redesigned valvetrain that allows it to reach this level of demand, while maintaining the sonority and visceral response that distinguish the V12 engines of Sant'Agata Bolognese.
High-level electrification
The power of the combustion engine is complemented by three electric motors: two mounted on the front axle and a third axial type integrated into the dual-clutch gearbox. Energy comes from a 7 kWh battery that is recharged quickly and strategically while driving.
The result is a combined power output ranging from 1,065 to 1,080 horsepower, depending on the sources and final configuration. With this figure, the Phenomenon is positioned among the most powerful hybrids ever built, rivaling hypercars that are already approaching the 1,000 horsepower mark.
Performance that borders on the impossible
Official performance data places the Fenomeno at a level reserved for very few cars. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds and can exceed 350 km/h top speed.
The power-to-weight ratio is also surprising: 1.64 kilograms for each horsepower.
This balance is achieved thanks to a monocoque chassis made entirely of carbon fiber, accompanied by CCM-R Plus ceramic brakes, adjustable racing suspension, and forged wheels with center nut, shod with Bridgestone tires specially designed for this model.
Aerodynamic design with purpose
Beyond engineering, Lamborghini wanted the Fenomeno to convey a radical visual message. Although its base is the Revuelto, the modifications are profound. The brand defines its style as a “manifesto,” in which every line, every air channel, and every surface plays an aerodynamic role.
The front end features an aggressive splitter and an integrated S-duct system that improves airflow toward the upper part.
The doors incorporate active air ducts, while the rear takes inspiration from the Essenza SCV12 with an extended tail that reinforces downforce. The extensive use of carbon fiber not only contributes to the aesthetics but also to the reduction of overall weight.
A science fiction cabin
The interior of the Fenomeno is no exception. Lamborghini opted for a futuristic atmosphere, which it calls “alien eye.” The single-piece monoshell racing seats reinforce the racing car feel.
The vents are 3D printed, the surfaces use ultra-light materials, and the number of physical buttons has been reduced to a minimum. Instead, three digital screens dominate the dashboard, allowing you to customize information and driving functions.
Stephan Winkelmann, CEO of Lamborghini, explained the symbolic value of the Fenomeno within the company's history: "The Fenomeno introduces the most advanced technical solutions in our history, pushing the boundaries of performance and design, honoring the values and achievements that are a fundamental part of our DNA."
With these words, the executive reaffirmed Lamborghini's intention to continue building models that challenge limits, even in an era where electrification becomes an obligatory path for all manufacturers.
A name with bullfighting roots
As is tradition at Lamborghini, the model's name has a background related to bullfighting.
Fenomeno refers to a bull that was fought in Morelia, Mexico, in 2002.The animal's bravery was such that it was eventually pardoned, an honor reserved only for the most extraordinary specimens.
With this inspiration, the Italian firm seeks to convey that its new car is not a simple technological experiment, but a phenomenon worthy of being remembered in its own history.
Although the company has not yet published the official price of the Phenomenon, industry specialists estimate that it will exceed $3,500,000 before taxes.
As it is a "few-off" model and with such a limited production—29 units in total—, each example will be destined for collectors and clients selected by the brand.
