A 26-year-old Hispanic man faces charges for the death of his 2-year-old son during a flood that occurred last month in San Bernardino County.
Brandon Padilla Aguilera, of 26, was arrested Oct. 17 at his home in the 300 block of Chandler Avenue, the Barstow Police Department said in a social media post.
The Hispanic father was taken to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department's High Desert Detention Center on suspicion of murder, with bail set at $1 million, authorities said.
