A Hispanic man, nicknamed the "Mountain Bike Bandit," was arrested by authorities as a suspect in at least 20 commercial robberies committed in recent weeks in the San Fernando Valley area. San Fernando.

Juan Montes, 26, a resident of North Hollywood, was arrested early Saturday morning for two separate burglaries that occurred around 3:00 am in Studio City, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) reported.

According to authorities, the robberies took place at Reno's Pizza and Argo Mediterranean, both businesses located on Ventura Boulevard, and are the latest in what police believe is part of a long list, including six robberies committed Thursday night in the area.
