New details emerge of Los Angeles Palisades fire suspect
Jonathan Rinderknecht was depressed over a relationship with a former coworker and angry on the night of December 31,2024, according to prosecutors
A little more than a month before his trial begins, this weekend emerged new details related to Jonathan Rinderknecht, suspect to start the fire that later caused the Palisades Fire, which broke out in January 2025 in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
According to a court memorandum, Jonathan Rinderknecht, age 30, was depressed over a relationship with a former co-worker and angry about not having plans for New Year's Eve.
The passengers who Rinderknecht carried on the night of December 31,2024, on an Uber service, said that the defendant was in a bad mood, driving erratically and cursing about his anger with the world.
