Today, on behalf of UNICEF India, Bollywood's finest actor Ayushmann Khurrana has been announced as the National Ambassador. National Award-winning star Ayushmann Khurrana has joined hands with UNICEF to promote every child's voice and agency in the decisions they make while ensuring their right to live, thrive and be protected.
Ayushmann said - will strengthen the voice for children
During the conference, Ayushmann Khurrana said that it is indeed a great honor to take forward my advocacy for the rights of children as the National Ambassador of UNICEF India. I am very passionate about the issues facing children and adolescents in India. As a UNICEF Celebrity Advocate, I have interacted with children and spoken about internet safety, cyberbullying, mental health and gender equality. In this new role with UNICEF, I will be a strong voice for children's rights, especially on the issues that affect them most.
