Malcolm-Jamal Warner, renowned American actor known for his iconic role as Theo Huxtable in the series The Cosby Show, died on Sunday at the age of 54 in Costa Rica.

According to TMZ, the actor died of “accidental drowning†after being caught in a strong current while swimming during a family vacation in Costa Rica.
