Bizarrap will lend his voice to the Spanish dubbing of “Toy Story 5”
The Argentine artist joins Bad Bunny as part of the Spanish voice cast of the upcoming Disney and Pixar film
Latin talent continues to cross borders and be present in different stages of the world of entertainment. Proof of this is music producer Bizarrap, who has been announced as part of the official Spanish voice cast of the upcoming Disney and Pixar film, “Toy Story 5.”
According to a statement issued by The Exclusive Agency, the Argentine artist will play an “eccentric and protective” member of the toy community called 'Santa de Jardín'.
Within the writing it was also confirmed that Bizarrap will share a scene with the toy “pizza with glasses”, which was recently announced to feature the voice of Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny.
For his part, the artist mentioned this achievement through his official Instagram account with a publication in which he celebrated this feat: "I am the voice of 'garden Santa', the new character from Toy Story 5. Unexpected places that you can reach doing what you like, chapter 42," he mentioned.
In this way, the producer expands his horizons and explores a new facet of the big screen. However, his focus on the musical field is not lost, as he continues to perform at various festivals in Latin America.
“Toy Story 5”: A film full of stars
In addition to Bizarrap and Bad Bunny, the Pixar film has a repertoire of artists who have added their talent from different angles. Another name that has been associated with the fifth installment of the Toy Story saga is that of the multi-award-winning singer Taylor Swift.
The news was confirmed by the artist herself through an unexpected publication from her social networks: "I have always dreamed of writing for these characters that I adore since I was 5 years old and saw the first Toy Story movie. I instantly fell in love with Toy Story 5 when I was lucky enough to see it in its early stages, and I wrote this song as soon as I got home after the screening," Swift told her followers.
The song in question is titled “I Knew It, I Knew You” and, as revealed by the singer, it was composed especially for the film whose theatrical release is scheduled for June 18.
Written and produced jointly by Taylor Swift and Jack Antonoff, the long-awaited single will be available on all streaming and music sales platforms starting this Friday, June 5. Those interested in not missing the release can now “pre-order” the song from Spotify and Apple Music.
