Andrea Legarreta criticizes celebrities who attended Bad Bunny's 'La Casita' in Mexico City
The Mexican host asserted that renowned celebrities don't need to attend these types of events to remain relevant
The name of TV host Andrea Legarreta has gone viral on social media after her recent comments regarding the trend of several celebrities attending "La Casita" (The Little House) as special guests at Bad Bunny's show for the "Debi Tirar Mas Fotos" (I Should Have Taken More Photos) tour.
The TV presenter's comments came while she and the rest of her colleagues on the show "Hoy" were sharing their opinions on the decision by some established celebrities to bring guests to the Puerto Rican artist's concerts at the GNP Seguros Stadium in Mexico City.
"When you say they have those careers, those trajectories, what's the need to want to be appearing at 'La Casita'?" questioned Erik Rubin's ex-partner, as the rest of the morning show's cast listened attentively.
For his part, Raul "El Negro" Araiza expressed his support for Andrea Legarreta's stance and added that these kinds of experiences are aimed at a different audience: “It's more for younger people,” she shared.
During this segment, guest host Karime Pindter revealed that she had been invited to Bad Bunny's show. However, her busy work schedule prevented her from attending: “You should have seen that I didn't accept,” she stated.
It wasn't long before Andrea Legarreta's comments resurfaced on social media. Most people there considered them “in bad taste,” since her friend and colleague Galilea Montijo was one of the guests during Bad Bunny's visit to Mexico.
