The documentary, which was made thanks to a footage of 3,000 hours, portrays some of the hardest chapters in the life of Kim Kardashian's ex such as his diagnosis of bipolar disorder, his failed presidential campaign and his relationship with his ex's family.

One of the scenes that you have given the most to talk about is the one that shows a very heated argument between Kanye West and Kris Jenner, which occurred in October 2018 and after the latter decided to stop taking his medication.

"I would rather be dead than on medication," West is heard saying in a fragment of their argument, in which he took the opportunity to reproach her for her absence during his hospitalization in 2016.

"The only reason why they got away with it is because I “I was on medication,” Kanye West can be heard shouting, while Kris Jenner tried to calm him down by assuring him that nothing had turned out the way he imagined.

The documentary had already caused a stir with its trailer, which showed Kim Kardashian very upset after learning that her then-partner had stopped taking her medication.

In the footage, Kim Kardashian can be heard crying as she tells West, “Your personality wasn't like this a few years ago.”
