Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck still can't sell their Beverly Hills mansion and have already considerably reduced its price
The separation of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck continues to make news because of the mansion they shared in Beverly Hills and which still can't be sold.
The first time they put it on the market was in July 2024 and at that time they intended receive $68 million for it.
The lack of interest in acquiring it led the former couple to reconsider their position and considerably reduce its price.
After having taken it off the market for a while, the luxurious residence returned to the real estate pages for $56 million, that is, $12 million less than what they intended just over a year ago.
According to TMZ, which was the media that broke the news, Jennifer Lopez refused for months to reduce the price of her married home, it was the protagonist of 'Batman' who insisted on this and finally achieved his goal.
So far it is unknown if the new price of their residence will increase its chances of selling, but at least they keep trying.
What is the mansion that the former couple is selling in Beverly Hills like?
The house in question was acquired by the former couple in June of 2023, for $60.8 million dollars. According to its technical sheet, it has 38,000 square feet of construction, with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.
It is completed by a foyer, kitchen, dining room, living room, great room, family room, TV room, movie theater, wine cellar, bar, whiskey room, spa with beauty salon, sauna and massage room. It also has a laundry room and a garage for 10 vehicles.
Outside, on its 5.2-acre lot, you will enjoy a terrace, extensive green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, parking for up to 80 vehicles and a 5,000-square-foot sports complex made up of a pickleball court, a lounge area, a gym, a boxing ring and a house for the guards with two bedrooms.
