Julian Gil and Valeria Marin tell us about what they enjoyed and suffered while driving “El Conquistador”
The winner will receive a prize of $200,000 and the honor of becoming “El Conquistador”
Julian Gil and Valeria Marin are the hosts of “El Conquistador,” the new reality competition show coming to Hispanic television on UniMas. The program itself will be broadcast on UniMas, starting Monday, October 27, at 8 pm/7 c.
In an exclusive interview with Julian and Valeria, both revealed to us what it was like to host this project in which they literally weren't just spectators, but the opposite. Julian assures that they also became so involved in the tests that they understood what the participants were going through.
Valeria herself assures that they were aware of the difficulty they experienced in the tests of carrying heavy objects and they were also very aware of the comforts and privations that the rich and the losers had.
They assure that as a couple they emerged stronger from this challenge because they knew how to adapt very well, and although they know they are in excellent physical shape, the truth is that this type of competition demands more than “excellence”.
They also emphasize that having developed empathy with the participants caused them to sometimes cloud their judgment and forget that, despite their good attitude, in the competition both Valeria and Julian have the voice of command.
The winner will take home a prize of $200,000 dollars and the honor of becoming “The Conqueror.”
