On September 7, the UBS Arena in New York will be dressed up to host a new edition of the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards, one of the most anticipated events in the music and entertainment industry.

Who will be performing at the show?
This year, the ceremony promises to dazzle with a diverse lineup of artists performing, including J Balvin and Sabrina Carpenter.
Likewise, Lady Gaga will be returning to the VMAs to give one of the most anticipated performances of the show.
Other artists set to perform at the ceremony include Doja Cat, Post Malone, Conan Gray, Tate McRae, Jelly Roll, DJ Snake, Sabrina Carpenter, Alex Warren, Sombr, among others.
Who are the artists with the most VMA nominations?
Lady Gaga leads the nominations for the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs). The American singer stands out with twelve nominations in the awards that will be presented on September 7 in New York.
The singer of “Bad Romance” appears in the categories of Best Video, Best Album, Best Collaboration for her work with Bruno Mars on “Die with a Smile”, which is also a candidate for Song of the Year and Best Pop Song.
She is followed by Bruno Mars with eleven nominations, and Kendrick Lamar with ten; Sabrina Carpenter and Blackpink’s Rose, who is nominated for the first time, with eight nominations.
As for Latin artists, Bad Bunny appears on the list with four nominations: Artist of the Year, Best Album, Best Long Video and Best Latin Song for “Baile Indigena”.
Also nominated in the Best Latin Song category are J Balvin (“Rio”), Karol G (“Si Antes te Hubiera Conocido”), Peso Pluma (“La Patrulla”), Rauw Alejandro and Romeo Santos (“Khe?”) and Shakira (“Soltera”).
This year, Mariah Carey will receive the prestigious Video Vanguard Award, while Ricky Martin and Busta Rhymes will be recognized with the Latin Icon Award and the Rock the Bells Visionary Award, respectively.
