Sabine Moussier confesses that she fell in love with a man without ever seeing him in person
Former member of La Casa de los Famosos Mexico 2, Sabine Moussier, spoke about some personal experiences on Yordi Rosado's show
Sabine Moussier, one of the most recognized actresses on Mexican television, recently surprised everyone by revealing a little-known episode of her personal life in an emotional interview with Yordi Rosado: an intense, profound... and completely virtual romance with a man whom she had never seen in person.
What began as a simple “hello, how are you?” message on WhatsApp turned into a story of love, hope, and ultimately, danger.
The beginning of an unusual connection
It all began when Sabine received a message from a stranger whose profile picture she found attractive. “Oh, how handsome!” she thought when she saw him. He explained that he didn’t like to talk because, supposedly, he had been kidnapped and his vocal cords were damaged.
“When we started talking, he had a strange voice... I said: 'At what point, poor man, did I make him talk if he couldn’t?' I felt ashamed to tell him that I didn’t understand him,” the actress confessed.
Despite the strange voice and the impossibility of seeing each other physically—he was under house arrest and could only see her through a camera, while she saw a black screen—Sabine began to forge a deep emotional bond. She even consulted with the person who gave her the number: “I said, 'Do you know him? I have two children, it's a lot of responsibility.'” They assured her he was “a great guy.”
The intensity of that connection led her to make a symbolic decision: to get a tattoo of a date. “November 4, 2014. That day they started talking.”
“I got it tattooed for two reasons: if it's what I'm experiencing, and if this love is so intense and so great. I know you're going to say I'm crazy, but I said it so much that I lived it. I was excited by the excitement. I always believed I was going to meet him… and he's always been in my life.” Sabine Moussier
However, what seemed like a romantic and peculiar story took a dark turn. Over time, the man who was her “companion” for watching series and chatting became a real threat.
“It became like a hug… but then it turned into a threat. Honestly, I don't know if they choose people they know are vulnerable, but me, really…” she confessed, her voice breaking. The threats included the possibility that he would share intimate videos. “I went to the hospital for codependency,” she revealed.
According to what she said in the interview, today, Sabine moves forward, with her tattoo as a reminder of a lesson learned through pain, but also with strength.
