The Supreme Court has made it clear in the hearing of the Special Writ Petition filed in relation to making the Most Backward Commission a dedicated commission, that it will be heard on the date fixed earlier. That is, now there will be a hearing related to this dispute in the Supreme Court on January 20 itself.

The case related to the dedicated commission was to be heard in the Supreme Court on Friday. Everyone's eyes were stuck on this side as to what the decision of the Supreme Court would come. But now it has become clear that the Supreme Court will hear the case related to this dispute on the same day on which the date was fixed earlier.

Please inform that petitioner Sunil Rai had filed this application for special hearing in the Supreme Court. In which it was said that the municipal elections are to be held on December 18 and 28, so the matter should be heard before these dates. This information was given by the petitioner Sunil Rai. He said that he had not gone to stop the civic municipal elections, but the petition given on the dispute related to the commission was heard today.

Talking on the media channel, petitioner Sunil Rai said that the Supreme Court today said that the hearing related to this matter will be held on January 20 only. Now it is for the Election Commission and the government to decide how to conduct the elections.

On the other hand, the next hearing regarding this matter in the Patna High Court will now be held on January 23. A division bench headed by Justice A Amanullah heard a petition on Thursday and made it clear that when the Supreme Court has fixed the date for January 20, the High Court will now hear it only after that date.
