The ED questioned Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for nearly eight hours on Wednesday for the third consecutive day in connection with the alleged money laundering related to the 'National Herald'. Congress workers are opposing the questioning of Rahul Gandhi. Meanwhile, two NSUI workers registered their protest in a unique way. In fact, the two NSUI workers that are being talked about climbed on the water tank to register their protest.

Regarding the matter, Amrita Guguloth (DCP New Delhi) said that we have received information that two people (NSUI workers) are climbing on top of the water tank. We informed the fire brigade about this over the phone. We appealed to them to come down. After this the NSUI President reached there and he convinced them to come down.

Here on Wednesday, the investigating agency ED questioned Rahul about his role in the decisions related to Associated Journals Limited (AJL) and its owned company 'Young Indian'. It is believed that the Congress leader was asked about a loan of Rs 1 crore taken from a Kolkata-based company and its basis. This loan was allegedly taken in February 2011.

Sources said that questions have been raised about the things of 'Young Indian' since its inception in 2011. At the same time, the ED has summoned Rahul Gandhi for questioning for the fourth time on Friday. Officials said that the Congress leader sought exemption for Thursday, which was allowed. The investigating agency has so far questioned Rahul Gandhi for 28 hours. Earlier, Rahul was questioned for 10 hours each on Monday and Tuesday respectively.

Here, Congress leaders and workers also protested on Wednesday, the third day of the ED's interrogation of Rahul. During this, the police took many leaders into custody. The Congress alleged that the Delhi Police attacked its office and thrashed several leaders and workers. However, the police rejected the allegation.
