On the complaint of BJP MP from Godda, Jharkhand Nishikant Dubey, Delhi Police has registered zero FIR against Deoghar DC Manjunath Bhajantri and Jharkhand Police at North Avenue PS. According to news agency ANI, Mr. Dubey has said in his FIR that Deoghar police abused his two sons and threatened to kill him at the behest of the DC. Deoghar Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri has tweeted that the passengers entered the ATC in violation of the security standards of airport operations, despite the absence of night operation facilities, ignoring the safety of the passengers, pressure has been made for clearance.

Let us tell you that Deoghar Police has lodged an FIR at Kunda police station accusing 9 people including MP Nishikant Dubey, Delhi BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, Airport Director Sandeep Dhingra, pilot for violating aircraft safety norms. The FIR has been lodged on the statement of DSP Suman Anand, the security in-charge of the airport. This matter is of August 31. It is alleged that on this day at 5:25 pm, passengers of the chartered plane including Dr Nishikant Dubey, Manoj Tiwari, BJP leader Kapil Mishra and others who came to drop them violated the airport security rules.
