In the case of benami property, the Income Tax Department has issued the first notice to Mukhtar Ansari in the case of benami property worth Rs 127 crore. This notice was served in Banda Jail. Benami Property Unit has given this notice to Mukhtar Ansari through Banda Jail Administration. This is the first notice given to Mukhtar Ansari in the case of benami property worth Rs 127 crore. In this notice, information has been sought about a property worth Rs 12 crore in Ghazipur. In the notice given to Mukhtar Ansari, the Income Tax Department has said that this Ghazipur land was bought by a person named Ganesh Dutt Mishra. This land was said to have been bought for one crore 29 lakh rupees, but during the investigation, the Income Tax Department has come to know that the annual income of Ganesh Dutt Mishra is very less and he cannot pay this amount in one go. Along with this, the company from which Ganesh Dutt Mishra has taken a loan to buy it, includes Mukhtar Ansari's family members as directors and shareholders.

The Income Tax Department has said in the notice that during the investigation it has also come to know that Mohammad Suheb Mujahid is also 1 shareholder director in Ganesh Dutt's company. The Income Tax Department says that in the morning, a charge sheet has been filed with Mukhtar Ansari in the fake ambulance case, which means that company is also connected to Mukhtar Ansari in one way or the other. According to the Income Tax Department, Mukhtar Ansari's wife Afsha Ansari is also involved in these companies in one way or the other, which shows that this property belongs to Mukhtar Ansari in one way or the other. The reward has been declared and she is currently said to be absconding.

The Income Tax Department has asked Mukhtar Ansari many questions through this notice, mainly what was the source of the money from which this property was bought? Information has been sought in this regard. Along with this, information has also been sought from Ganesh Dutt Mishra regarding their relationship. Mukhtar Ansari has to reply to the notice of the Income Tax Department this week. After this, if the Income Tax Department is not satisfied with the answer, then it will confiscate this property of Ghazipur by making loud noises. And after that, he will file a petition in the court asking for permission to interrogate Mukhtar Ansari. That is, the coming days may now be heavy on Mukhtar Ansari because the Income Tax Department has to inquire about a total of 23 properties.
